First aid for problems

  • If a problem occurs during device registration, you have the option to reset the device after approx. 30 minutes and try again.

  • If any step does not work, please wait 15 minutes and try again.

  • Outlook cannot find account:

    • Check that you are signed in with @solos.gmbh
    • Restart Outlook
    • Check Windows → Settings → Accounts → Email & Accounts
  • OneDrive not synchronizing:

    • Click OneDrive icon in taskbar
    • Select "Settings" → "Account" → "Choose folders"
    • Ensure sufficient storage space
