If a problem occurs during device registration, you have the option to reset the device after approx. 30 minutes and try again.

If any step does not work, please wait 15 minutes and try again.

Outlook cannot find account:
- Check that you are signed in with @solos.gmbh
- Restart Outlook
- Check Windows → Settings → Accounts → Email & Accounts
- •
OneDrive not synchronizing:
- Click OneDrive icon in taskbar
- Select "Settings" → "Account" → "Choose folders"
- Ensure sufficient storage space
