macOS Personal Device - Setup
Lightweight management. Install the Company Portal app if needed.
Step 1: Install Company Portal App (if required)

If required by your IT department, download the Company Portal app:

Install and open the app

Sign in with your corporate account: [email protected]

If you received a One Time Password (OTP), you will be prompted to change it during your first login.
Note: Follow the on-screen instructions
Step 2: Configure Microsoft Apps

Sign in to corporate services with @solos.gmbh

The Company Portal app will automatically configure the Microsoft apps
- 3
Use Outlook for Mac or Outlook Web
- 4
Use OneDrive/SharePoint apps
Do not sync to unencrypted personal folders
Note: Important for data security!
